Arkios Italy acted as advisor to retail chain Bimbo Stores in completing a round of funding for its expansion plans. Bimbo’s business focuses on the early childhood (0-4 years) retail sector, with €34 million in turnover in 2010. Quadrivio the Italian private equity fund was the financial sponsor of the deal.
