Eric has over 23 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology as an advisor and an industry executive.  In various roles, he has helped to value and raise money for telecoms service providers, manufacturers and software companies.  Most recently, Eric led the refinancing of a European IP phone manufacturer as well as advising on the turnaround of a European tripleplay service provider.

In the 90’s, Eric helped to start one of the first Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) in the US, Teleport Communications Group, now a part of ATT.  As business development manager, he launched the new CLEC business model across the US.  He then launched the company’s wholesale services into the US cable operators.  This initiative was the US cable companies’ initial foray into the voice services market where they successfully launched service in New York City, Chicago and San Francisco.

Since the successful start-up, Eric headed KPMG Consulting's London practice for strategy and business planning in the Communications and Content industries as well as Decision Strategy International's European office. In these roles, he worked for European cable companies, global mobile operators, satellite operators and fixed broadband service providers(wireline and wireless). Eric has worked with all levels of the value chain, including manufacturers, network operators, virtual network operators, tower services providers, content providers, OSS/BSS service providers and other related businesses.

Eric has experience in 30 countries across Eastern and Western Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program. He has held security clearances in both the United States and United Kingdom.
