Maritime and Underwater Security Consultants this week completed the successful Management Buy-Out from their parent company ICTS Europe Holdings BV.
Maritime & Underwater Security Consultants (MUSC), based in the UK and UAE, specialize in counter piracy and ship security, unexploded ordnance disposal, port and supply chain security, high-risk shore-end cable-lay, underwater pipeline security, and maritime and ISPS training courses.
The management team of Graham Shaw, Chris Austen and Barbara Still will continue to provide high quality services in the maritime and underwater security sector; while ICTS Europe, based in the Netherlands, will continue to focus on it‘s core business as a leading provider of aviation and general security services and has over 10,000 staff in more than 20 countries.
Arkios acted as Financial Advisor to the MUSC management team, including the sourcing and arrangement of external financing to support the transaction.
